This month, I challenge you to make meditation part of your lifestyle!

Last week, I shared 5 Ways Meditation Will Improve Your Life, as a way to introduce why you should practice meditation.  Now that you know why you should, it’s time to do it. This entire month, I will focus on meditation!

If you are new to meditation and need help, I have created instruction videos to walk you through various meditation techniques.  Each week I will show you a new form of meditation that you can practice at home, at work, in bed, outside or wherever you are!  I have also created a journal for you to track your progress each day!
